Our fifth decision was the quick action by SBU to encourage the City of Bolivar to start more student-geared businesses in light of the recent destruction of the Daily Grind. SBU's encouragement of commercial development has led to businessmen fighting for the chance to open a business focused on attracting college students. This will, no doubt, exponentially increase the student atmosphere of SBU and provide other alternatives for spending free time compared to spending time at oh, lets say, Cowboys 2000.
Finally, we take note of SBU's reaction to the Cowboys 2000 incident by throwing a Homecoming Parade. In what will be the defining moment of rebuilding the relationship between SBU and the Bolivar community, it was announced that SBU would have a parade starting in the Bolivar Town Square and finishing at the University. What an exceptional decision and brilliant idea.
As we can clearly see, SBU has taken massive and serious steps towards improving the campus atmosphere through security and a better relationship with the City of Bolivar.
Most notable was the University's willingness to speak extensively with the several media outlets about how it is and has been handling the unfortunate Cowboys 2000 incident and how the school is planning to prevent such things from happening again. There is nothing but high praise for all of these wonderful decisions.

Mr. Neilson's sarcasm is almost, but not quite, apparent. Perhaps he should volunteer to provide the answers to all the shortcomings he has pointed out. (Continued…)

Ben... You are the Man. All this time and I thought you were being serious. Now all the ramblings you spout make sense. Your right... Girls are running for their lives in the dorms, Everyone at SBU is a drunk, No one follows the outragous rules, security does nothing but ticket, SBU and Bolivar try to make life boring, SBU respondes to negative things with Parades and hides from the media.
