During Class Chapel, studetns will fill out surveys. Those who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for Wal-Mart gift cards from $25 to $100.
Each class will also nominate female candidates for the upcoming Homecoming Court.
Freshmen, sophomores and juniors will choose princesses while the senior class nominates girls for the Homecoming Queen election.
Homecoming week is scheduled for Oct. 1-6, with the parade and game on Oct. 6.
SGA is hosting the National See You at the Pole Day on campus.
It will begin at 7:30 a.m. Sept. 26 around the flag pole by Taylor National Free Enterprise Center. This will give students the opportunity to unite together in prayer for the SBU campus.
On the same day SGA will co-host a blood drive with the Christian Service Organization.
The blood drive will be held in the Goodson Student Union.
As a reward for donating blood, students will receive a free t-shirt.
We are hoping for this to be a record setting year of blood given through the blood drive at SBU.
To make that possible, we need everyone's help.
