The project was produced by Matt Thiessen, Relient K vocalist, and Mark Lee Townsend.
The new CD has ten classic Christmas songs as well as six original songs.
These songs include "Angels We Have Heard On High" and "Handel's Messiah."
Some goofy songs consist of "I'm Gettin' Nuttin' For Christmas" and "Santa Claus Is Thumbing To Town."
This Christmas CD has songs that display joy and sorrow.
A joyful song is "I Celebrate The Day" and a sorrowful song is "I Hate Christmas Parties."
Relient K was feeling a little creative and ended the song "Auld Lang Syne" differently.
A few songs that many of us know like "Sleigh Ride," "Deck The Halls" and "12 Days Of Christmas" are also on the CD as well.
Relient K has been busy touring and recording this year.
They released an album earlier this year called "Five Score And Seven Years Ago." It debuted number six on the billboard and is the highest charting album the band has ever had.
Although Relient K is bringing awesome music to good boys and girls, they are also bringing bad news.
The drummer of the band is leaving and his final show is Dec. 29. Dave Douglas has been the drummer for the past seven years.
Relient K is currently on tour with Switchfoot. They are also involved in a charity project with Habitat for Humanity.
"Let It Snow, Baby…Let It Reindeer" was produced by Gotee Records. For more information on Relient K, visit www.relientk.com.
