Bye Bash offers prizes

Southwest Baptist University students will be able to celebrate the end of the academic year with all their friends at this year's Bye Bash from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday, May 9 to Saturday May, 10 in Blair Intramural Gym, hosted by University Activities Council.
The first 100 people at the Bye Bash will receive free movie tickets, and everyone will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win gift cards, an Xbox and the game RockBand or a 32-inch HD flat screen TV.
There will also be a trivia contest in which the winners will win iPod Shuffles.
The coin dive will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the swimming pool, and the winner will receive an iPod Touch. Correct swim attire is required for this contest.
The Bungee Run will also be available.
Students can also enjoy hamburgers, hot dogs and fresh fruit. Videos and games will also be there for entertainment.
Students can enjoy performances from sophomores Micah AuBuchon, Jenny Clary and Matt Rogers of Sunday's Coming; Jon Davis and Stephen Pollock; winners of the Air Band competition Pollock, Kurt Osterloh, Seth Tucker and Alex Merrill, and the winner of the Song Writer's Showcase, Amber Dlugosh.
The event is free to all SBU students.
